Congratulations to Inna Norvaisiene, Global Partner Programs Manager, on being named to CRN’s 2022 Rising Female Stars list! This annual list honors 100 up-and-coming women who are leaving their mark and making a difference for solution providers throughout the IT channel.
This third annual list of Rising Female Stars represents women who have an aptitude for growing their respective channel partner programs and initiatives through a variety of disciplines, including marketing, channel program management and partner engagement, to name a few.
Inna joined Extreme in 2015 through the acquisition of Enterasys, originally working as our EMEA Training Coordinator, and moved into her role on the Partner Program team in 2018. Today, Inna is responsible for overseeing our partner certification and specialization programs, partner leveling, and partner performance dashboards as a Senior Project Manager. She plays a critical role on our Partner Program team and in enabling the success of our partners.

What does the CRN Rising Star recognition mean to you?
I am extremely humbled and honored to have been recognized. I have been very fortunate to have incredible leaders, mentors, and teammates. Without those career-influencing people, I would not be where I am today, so I want to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who has been a part of my journey.
What do you enjoy about working within our channel community?
I like that our channel community is an open and friendly work environment. There is a high level of energy and commitment across our teams that helps us continue to make strides toward delivering a greater result every single time.
I also enjoy that working in the channel gives me the opportunity to try new things and meet new people from diverse backgrounds, which allows me to continually learn and grow.
What do you think makes Extreme’s channel program unique?
We have an amazing team that always goes above and beyond to support our channel partners!
Our award-winning partner program is special because we listen to our partners to learn their needs and what works best for them. This enables us to provide our partners with the right tools, training, and support to improve their performance. Further, after we equip our partners with the right resources, we continue to reward them for their success through our programs, initiatives, and incentives designed to empower them to thrive and grow alongside Extreme.
What has been one of your favorite memories while working at Extreme?
I have so many great memories. From sports to social events, there are always exciting things happening My favorite memory of all was our 2018 Sales Kick Off (SKO) in Las Vegas, NV. This SKO was the first big event I attended as an Extreme employee, and I had a great experience exploring a new area and meeting so many of my co-workers in person. I also got to test my luck at the casino, which was unsuccessful but still a fun time!
